Seasonal Product Changes
For the exchange to be valid, the product(s) must be unused, with our tags in place and in optimal condition; Otherwise it will be returned. The first exchange of an item/s has no shipping costs(*). You will only have to contact us first to inform it and we will tell you the following steps.
Change requests can be made within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. After that time, changes and/or returns will not be allowed.
Attention: If the purchase is made during promotions with free shipping or you obtain "free shipping" for exceeding the promotional purchase minimum, changes will have shipping costs. Depending on the point of origin-destination and destination-origin. These costs will be informed and must be paid before making the change. Returns may have shipping costs.
You also have the option to make changes, once authorized by our e-shop team, in our Store in Palermo (Malabia 1738, CABA) from Monday to Saturday from 12 to 8 p.m. (**) The value of the product to be exchanged will be what you originally paid, regardless of its value at the time of the exchange.

If you change the product size, there will be no extra charges, neither for nor against(*).
If you want to exchange for another product, we will issue a credit note (as soon as the product you purchased arrives at our offices) so you can place a new order. It is not valid with promotions in force at that time such as discounts, etc. It is also not valid to exchange items from previous collections and/or outlets for items from the current collection (at the time of requesting the exchange)(*).
Making it clear that it can only be exchanged for products from the same collection and/or previous collections.

In the event of a shortage of stock, a credit note or other product options of equal value to the original purchase will be issued. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE MORE CHANGES: The first change has no cost(*). For the following changes, the cost of collection and shipping must be paid in accordance with the current prices of the OCA/DHL/FedEx private service according to distance, considering the origin in CABA (Buenos Aires)

To make any changes, please write to us at [email protected] indicating your Order Number and item(s) to be exchanged/returned. Some shipments may be delayed on days of high demand. But we'll figure it out :)

Returns
You have the option to return the products (up to 10 calendar days after making the purchase or having received it, whichever has happened depending on the delivery method) and opt for a money back or a credit note valid for 60 calendar days. From the date of purchase. Returns may will have shipping costs. Depending on the point of origin-destination and destination-origin. These costs will be informed and must be paid before making the return. Money refunds will be processed once the products are received in our Offices, they must be in the same conditions in which they were sent, otherwise the return will not be processed and the customer must pay a new shipment for the product in question. The refund will be effective 15-20 working days after making the claim. The value of the product to be returned will be what was originally paid by the customer, regardless of its value at the time of return. There will be a period of up to 30 days to process a return Refunds will be processed by the same means by which they were paid, partial refunds of money cannot be made, partial refunds will be processed by credit notes. Money refunds cannot be processed for products that were purchased with discounts and special promotions, credit notes will be granted. Amounts corresponding to shipments will not be returned, since they are services charged by other companies other than BULLBENNY.

With the objective of complying with the Argentinian Resolution 424/2020, the Regret Button is active in our online store. Outlet product changes / previous seasons Changes to Outlet / Previous Season products have costs for pickup and shipping service from the first moment. Change requests can be made within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, changes and/or returns will not be allowed.
