How long does it take to deliver my order?
Argentina: Shipments destined for Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires and Buenos Aires Province will be delivered between 1 and 7 business days after order packaging has been confirmed. In case of shipments to the rest of the country, they will be delivered between 5 to 9 business days once the purchase packaging has been confirmed.
If you want to pick up your order at our Store in Palermo (Malabia 1686, CABA), the order will be ready within 48 business hours after the packaging of the purchase has been confirmed. Meanwhile, the order will be available to picking up at our Store in Palermo the next 25 working days, from the moment it is received by the Store. Once this period has finished, the order will return to our offices.
Rest of the world: Those shipments destined for outside Argentina will be delivered between 7 and 15 business / working days once the order packaging has been confirmed.
How are the shipments?
Home deliveries are made through postal service OCA, Mercado Envíos (Correo Argentino/Andreani/WebPack/Urbano/Ocasa) or Glovo. You can find your Postal Code in the following link
- Home Delivery: This delivery address will be the one you indicate in the purchase process. Consider that you must have successfully loaded this data into your profile in our Online Store. The delivery address does not necessarily have to be your address, but you must have access to it to obtain your order. The shipping cost will be in accordance with the current prices of the postal service OCA / Mercado Envíos according to distance, considering the origin in CABA (Buenos Aires). Shipping cost may be subject to current promotions (**)
- Bull-Express: Available only for some neighborhoods in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires for $200 (Argentinian Pesos) (Almagro, Belgrano, Caballito, Coghlan, Colegiales, Chacarita, Palermo, Monserrat, Nuñez, Parque Chas, Puerto Madero, Recoleta, Retiro, Saavedra, San Telmo, Villa Crespo, Villa Ortúzar y Villa Urquiza)
- Pick up at the store in BULLBENNY Palermo: This service has no cost. Our addres is Malabia 1686. Monday to Saturday from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.(*)
What's the delivery time?
OCA and Mercado Envíos are deliverying between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. A specific delivery time cannot be agreed. No deliveries are made on national holidays or on days of union strike. Meanwhile, the Express Delivery service must be agreed with us. Once the shipment is coordinated, delivery will be effective within a maximum of three hours.
Can my order be received by someone else?
You should verify this on your country. As long as it proves its identity at the time of receipt with ID. You must also have the Identity Document of the person responsible for the purchase or a legible photocopy of it.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is brought?
in Argentina: a first visit is made and in case the owner of the purchase or an authorized person is not present, a visit notice will be left to make a new visit the next day. If no one is at home at the second visit, the order will be sent to the nearest OCA / Correo Argentino branch. This order will remain there for the next 4 days so that it can be personally withdrawn by the recipient. After this period, the order will return to our offices. In this instance, a new shipment must be specified and must be paid by the customer.

How can I check the tracking of my order?
When the order is packaged, you will receive an email from our e-shop's manager the tracking code provided by OCA / Mercado Envios / Correo Argentino that will allow you to know the exact position of the package.
I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
Orders can be canceled before they are packaged. Generally the first 24 hours once the purchase is confirmed. You must send an email to [email protected] with the Order Number, your data and the item/s of the purchase. Please note that once the payment is processed, the refund process may take a few days (depending on the payment method). The cancellation of an already dispatched order is considered a return (take a look of "Product Changes")
If my order does not arrive in the stipulated time, how do I claim?
Simply write to us at [email protected] indicating the Order Number, your data and the item/s of the purchase. Not everything is so perfect in this world and packages can be lost. In these cases, patience and understanding can be rewarded.
What about all the personal information I uploaded to the BULL e-shop?
