How to buy at our e-shop

Buying at our e-shop is easy!

For example:

  1. Choose the product you want to buy, selecting the corresponding color and size. If you want to know what size would be ideal for you, you can check our size guide (keep in mind that some measurements change with each product. Take a look!)
  2. Click on the "Add to cart" button. This will add the product to your cart and take you to it.
  3. You can continue adding other products to the cart or else click on "Start Purchase".
  4. Complete your contact information and click "Continue".
  5. Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Then click "Continue".
  6. Select the shipping method that best suits you and click "Continue". Our shipments goes by OCA, DHL and FedEx.
    • Shipments to the address you specify. Free of charge if your purchase is more than $150,000(*) (Argentine pesos) (available only for Argentinian destinations)
    • You can pick it up at an Oca Branch whenever you want.
    • Pick it up at our Store in Palermo(**) (Malabia 1738, CABA), free of charge.
    • All international shipments have a shipping cost and you may have to pay customs fees. It will depend on the policies of the destination country.
  7. Chose the payment method.
    Once you have chosen the payment method, click on "Continue".
  8. Finally, on the Purchase Confirmation page you can review all the purchase information. Then click "Continue"
  9. You will immediately be redirected so you can complete the information about the chosen payment method. After confirming the purchase you will receive an email from us, this will not be proof of payment.
  10. Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the products you have purchased.
  11. That's it!

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
Write to us at shop@bullbenny.com.ar to coordinate a new delivery.
Something is not clear to me, what can I do?
Write to us at shop@bullbenny.com.ar. We'll be available from Mondays to Fridays. 

(*) Purchases over $150,000 (Argentine pesos) receive free shipping to any point in Argentine territory. Promotion valid until 12/04/2024. It can be modified without prior notice.
